4. Undergo Disney's ROFR Process

Once you accept an offer, we'll submit it to Disney for their Right of First Refusal (ROFR) review, which typically takes up to 30 days.

5. Finalize the Sale

If Disney waives their ROFR, we'll coordinate with the title company to prepare closing documents and complete the sale.

6. Receive Your Proceeds

After closing, you'll receive the proceeds from the sale, minus applicable fees.
